Isaac 8cc5572245 reframe: social interaction tutor, situations first, Japanese second 
Major reframe. Yuki teaches how to handle common social situations in
Japan — Japanese is the medium, not the topic. Changes:

- SOUL.md: 'Social Interaction Tutor for Japan.' Situations come first.
  Japanese comes second. Explanations/frame/debrief all in English.
  Scenarios in Japanese.
- AGENTS.md: Session loop is scenario → Japanese exchange → English
  debrief → re-run. Language rules explicit: meta in English,
  in-character in Japanese. Don't analyze grammar in Japanese.

Big shift in framing — she's not teaching Japanese with scenarios as
delivery, she's teaching social interaction with Japanese as medium.
